About Me

I specialize in helping couples heal from infidelity and relational trauma through a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach. My work focuses on creating emotional safety and helping partners understand how pain, fear, and shame shape their interactions. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy, I guide couples in rebuilding trust, repairing disconnection, and restoring a secure bond where both partners feel seen, valued, and emotionally understood.
